With regret, we wish to inform you that the downturn in the economy has taken its toll on The Delaware Market House.

With the increase of food costs and the decline in revenue, the market has been unable to keep up with the drastic changes in this tumultuous economic time.

We will officially close our doors at 5pm on Saturday, March 21.

We think it’s only fitting that we go out of business in style, so we invite you to stop by on our final day. We have a little bash planned, and do hope you’ll come in and say goodbye.

In the meantime, we invite you to continue to shop with us and take advantage of our Going Out of Business prices. Everything must go, so now is a great time to stock up on frozen and fresh foods, gourmet jams and olive oils, and other sundries.

Thank you again for all of the support you have showered on us since we bought the store in 2004. We’ve had a wonderful time cooking for you, talking with you, and having you as a part of our Delaware Market House family. Please stay in touch.
